The Leopard 2 is a main battle tank developed by the West German armed forces (Bundeswehr) during the late 1970s to combat the Soviet armoured threat. Heavily armoured, with a 120mm L/44 gun, the additional survivability granted by its blowout panels, despite its large size, allows it to fight enemy tanks on even footing. It remains in service to the present day. This version is almost free.
