Every time when things don't go as planned as he wanted, especially when some decepticons like Starscream screws up, he yells so loud and angrily. He wanted to conquer and destroy the world, while his rival wanted to protect the world. He also yells at Starscream when Starscream wanted to be a decepticon leader.
